Cedar City was founded in 2020 by Troy Finley, built on faith, hard work, and a dream to grow something from nothing. With support from his daughter Hannah, and later joined by Kandi and her son Caden in 2024, the business became a true family effort. Today, they bring that same dedication and heart to every client’s vision.
